The Role
As our International Sales Director for Europe, you’ll own the full sales journey — from identifying new opportunities to building long-term partnerships. You’ll be the face of Barantech in the region: a strategic advisor, a deal-maker, and a trusted partner who helps customers unlock the potential of our cutting-edge technology.
You’ll:
- Drive complex, consultative, project-based sales cycles from first contact to successful deployment
- Craft and execute ambitious sales strategies and growth plans for the European market
- Build deep, sustainable relationships with OEMs, integrators, and distribution partners
- Partner with engineering and product teams to translate customer challenges into tailored technical solutions
- Represent Barantech at key customer meetings, trade shows, and global industry events
What We’re Looking For
- A high-energy, results-driven sales leader who loves pursuing complex, solution-oriented deals
- 5+ years of experience in international B2B or technical sales
- Proven ability to sell value-based or custom-engineered solutions
- Strong commercial and technical aptitude — comfortable bridging business and technology
- Skilled at navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes and international negotiations
- Exceptional communicator and presenter, fluent in English (other European languages are a plus)
- Ready to travel across Europe and beyond to drive growth and build relationships
